he Valuation Advisory Group, Inc. is an organization of valuation professionals serving the fixed asset inventory and fixed asset valuation needs of the public sector. Our clients include municipalities, counties, school districts, hospitals, library systems, housing authorities and colleges and universities located throughout the United States.

We pride ourselves on being the only fixed asset valuation firm serving the public sector from an accounting perspective. Our reports are designed specifically to comply with the fixed asset accounting requirements of GAAP, as well as pronouncements such as FASB 93, GASB 34 and GASB 35. Our staff, including CPAs and others with accounting backgrounds, is well-versed in governmental accounting and is in tune with the unique needs of the public sector.
